THE opening fixture of the season saw the Army lose against a strong Hampshire second XI at Aldershot. The visitors posted an imposing total of 240-5 with the hosts struggling to 174 all out in reply.
The side travels to Lord’s for the Inter-Services Twenty20 contest on July 27 and they face their Forces rivals again in early August when they hope to extend their winning run in the 50-over competition. |
